Flamingo is the registered trade name of Mirage Holdings Ltd. Mirage Holdings Ltd. is registered in Malta, Company Registration Number C6808, having its registered office at the Flamingo Showrooms, Cannon Road, Qormi. QRM 9030.
The names Mirage Holdings Ltd and Flamingo, together with our Logo, 
are registered and protected by law.
Mirage Holdings Ltd is the owner of www.flamingo.com.mt (website).
In these Terms and Conditions, the word ‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ shall refer to Mirage Holdings Ltd, and the word ‘you’ shall refer to the person/s who is making use of the services provided by this website.
Our website provides general information of the products and services that we offer and gives you the possibility to purchase online.
You are to read the Terms and Conditions outlined below and the Privacy Policy, carefully. By accessing and using the content and services offered on this website, you are of legal age, and agree to the Terms and Conditions as set herein. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions you are to leave this website.
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions as and when it becomes necessary and you should read them every time you access and make use of this website. Any purchases made will be governed by the latest Terms and Conditions prevailing at the time of purchase.
References in these Terms and Conditions, to singular includes also the plural, and to gender includes also the other, whilst references to legal persons include natural persons and vice versa. Headings in these Terms and Conditions are for reference only. If reference is made to any Statute or Law, it is to be construed as a reference to that Statute or Law, following any amendments at the prevailing time.
These Terms and Conditions are final and form a contract, unless altered in writing by one of the Directors on behalf of the Company.
Mirage Holdings Ltd authorises you to a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the website to enable you to obtain information on our Company, its products and services and to place orders for products and/or services. Any other use of the content of the website is prohibited. We reserve all other rights to the content and the Website.
The domain name ‘https://www.flamingo.mt’ and trade name ‘Flamingo’ cannot be used unless you obtain prior consent from us.
We reserve all intellectual property rights and these include trademarks, copyrights, database rights, rights in preparatory works, interests in the website and its content in any format whether digital or electronic and whether text, images, video, graphics, sound, music, design, applications, software and artwork design. These are our exclusive property or are duly licenced to us.
Any links on the website are controlled by third parties and we do not have any rights to the contents of these websites. We do not recommend or guarantee any products or services offered on those websites. If you make use of such websites, you are doing so at your own risk.
Products and Services Advertised on Website
Whilst we make every endeavour to provide up to date information on the products and services offered on this website, we do not guarantee the validity or correctness of the information and nor as to their accuracy and completeness.
The website offers both domestic and industrial (professional) products and are indicated (professional) as such. If you choose to use a domestic product for business purposes, you are to ensure that you are covered by an appropriate insurance as we do not cover you (to the fullest extent of the law) for the guarantee and the conditions relating to the fitness of the product for a particular purpose. In such situation, our maximum liability shall be limited to the replacement value of the product (except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud). We do not accept liability for the fitness of goods for business purposes nor for the loss in the cost of the item.
Prices shown are in EURO and inclusive of VAT (at the current established rates by Law). We reserve the right to amend any mistakes in pricing which we discover. If you have already made an order and we discover that there is a mistake in pricing, you will be contacted and given the option either to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order.
Prices quoted for goods on the website are for a unit of one (1), if not indicated otherwise. If quantities are larger, prices may vary.
We make the utmost to ensure that dimensions given are as accurate as possible but will not be held responsible for any discrepancies resulting in inaccuracies.
All orders made by you are subject to the availability of the product and the acceptance of the order by us. Once you click the button ‘Place Order’, you are positively accepting these Terms and Conditions.
An order or contract of sale is only accepted by us at the moment of dispatch of the product/s ordered by you. The contract is only completed upon payment.
These Terms and Conditions are final and any amendments can only be made by one of the Company’s directors in writing.
Delivery of Items Ordered
All items ordered can be delivered across Malta and Gozo between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays) during normal working hours between 9.00 am and 17.00 pm.
We strive to deliver in Malta, the items ordered within 3 working days, subject to any unforeseen circumstances on which we do not have any control.
To Gozo, we deliver on specific days during the month and you are kindly requested to contact us to ask which is the nearest day when we will be delivering to Gozo.
All orders worth 50 Euros or more, are delivered free of charge. For orders of less than 50 Euros there is a delivery charge of 5 Euros.
Goods can also be picked up from our showroom in Qormi, in which case you are to inform us of the day you would like to pick up the item/s ordered so that we will prepare them for you.
On the delivery of goods, the Delivery Note has to be signed by you.
Goods are delivered to the ground floor level of any property. If goods are required at higher levels and a high-up service is needed, we can help you to make the necessary arrangements. However you are responsible to obtain the necessary permits from the Local Council and also to pay directly the high-up service contractor.
Full payment of the amounts due (the price inclusive of taxes) is to be made either at the time of order through the website, or upon delivery. No deductions or part payments are permitted and if you do not accept the goods for no valid reason, you may be subject to an administrative fee. Cancelling an order just before delivery may also incur an administrative fee.
Goods are to be inspected immediately upon delivery for any obvious breakages or dents, brought to the attention of the delivery personnel, and a note made on the delivery document for which both you and the delivery person are to sign. Claims made for any breakages or dents afterwards will not be entertained.
Manufacturers may vary the specifications of a product from time to time but normally the products are improved, when such variations are made. However should you insist on the original specifications, we strive to give you an alternative product similar to your original request, at the same price. If you are still not happy, you may return the goods and we shall refund you any monies that you would have paid.
We shall have no liability for any delay in the delivery of products ordered when the reason for such a delay is beyond our control such as, Acts of God, war, fire, labour disputes and similar acts which disrupt our normal operations.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We offer a 15 days period return guarantee, from when you placed your order exclusively on this website.
You can return the goods to our showroom or if the goods have been delivered, we can collect them and refund you the delivery charge (where applicable).
When you return any goods, make sure that you have proof of purchase or a confirmation email.
Make sure that goods (together with any free items that came with it) are:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In a resaleable condition
We will refund you the original amount you have paid by the same original payment method. It can take up to 14 days for you to receive the refund. PayPal refunds can take up to 21 days.
You can exchange the goods just bought for any other item provided that:
- Goods returned are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
- Should the alternative item you choose, costs more, you must pay the difference.
- The item you choose is available.
If the item you purchased is faulty and you had it for less than 30 days, we will be happy to replace it. If you had it for morethan 30 days and is still under guarantee, we will repair it or, at our discretion, replace it.
You should note that:
- If the item or packaging is handled excessively, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of the refund.
- We will ask you for the serial number of the product to ensure that the item was supplied by us.
All products come with the manufacturers guarantee. You are strongly advised to read the instruction booklet for the safe operation of the product. Products are to be operated according to the manufacturers instructions otherwise the guarantee becomes null and void.
None of the above affects your consumer rights.

Because of the nature of the internet, whilst we endeavour to keep our website free from any malware and/or viruses, we cannot guarantee that any material downloaded will be free from such malware or viruses.

Mirage Holdings Ltd., Flamingo, and this website are situated in Malta and are subject to the Laws of Malta.
All purchases are deemed to have been made in Malta and every aspect of the contractual agreement of purchases made on this website between you and Mirage Holdings Ltd, (Flamingo) are governed by the Laws of Malta.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website and/or the contractual agreement between you and Mirage Holdings Ltd (Flamingo) are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese Law Courts.
